Our data base is NOT real-time and therefore an order maybe placed but the tickets may not be available. In such a case, we will attempt to find a viable option for the customer and it will be the customers decision to purchase that option. All Indy 500 tickets will be shipped via Fed-Ex unless otherwise noted and each package requires a signature. Most Indy 500 ticket orders are shipped the first business order is placed, however sometimes the tickets may not be printed at time of order. Thus, the ordered Indy 500 tickets will be shipped when printed. All Fed-Ex shipments have a 5:00 pm EST cut-off time Monday thru Friday.
